This is a standard that has been developed by a consortium of the most representative retailers in central Europe. Its aim is to promote an efficient selection of foodstuff suppliers to the major retailers of large-scale distribution, in virtue of their capacity to produce safe products that conform to contractual specifications and legal requirements.
GLUTEN-FREE CERTIFICATIONThe safety of our products is certified through constant analyses on every production batch, ensuring a gluten level inferior to 20 ppm (mg/kg), and thus making the product ideal for people with coeliac disease.
